SCD: 5 weeks, 5 days in

I haven't made any new recipes this week, but I want to share progress!! After a couple weeks stagnation, I appear to be starting to lose weight at a significant pace again. Very exciting indeed! My energy is still much better, my brain is working better, and my body in general is operating at a much higher level than it was just 2 short months ago.

The E.P. made a wonderful new recipe this week: Pizza Burgers. He cooked down some of our SCD-legal homemade Italian sauce and covered the burgers with it, then grated fresh cheddar on top. Simple, fast, and SO YUMMY.

I had an allergic reaction yesterday, either to radishes, pears, or feta cheese (it was on my salad but I tried to pick around it - Feta is not SCD legal.) I think it was the pear, sadly. But good to know.

As I'm on staycation, more new recipes and pics to come this week!

Ohhhh man. That sounds so good! Well, if it makes you feel better, my whole diet was a plateau until I figured out this morning that my scale is broken! I've actually lost 2 lbs in 2 weeks. Hey, it's not much, but at least it's something! :D Have fun finding more recipes!!!
