Day 8: Sugar-Free for One Whole Week!

HURRAY!!!

I've been sugar-free for an entire week, including all "natural", processed and artificial sweeteners; processed carbs including flour-based breads and pasta; white starches including white potatoes.

Yep, I've not even had a single gluten-free rice noodle in a week. But I don't really miss the pasta -- for me, it's all about convenience anyway, it never really tasted good or felt good in the body. So heck with it.

Whoo hoo!!!

Congrats! I've been eating sugar free too as part of an elimination diet I'm doing. It's tough, but getting easier.
