Orangalishious Muffin Monster!!!



When I'm desperate for carb-like goodies, I make nut-flour muffins. That's just how it is. One day recently, I made yet another batch... but desired something a little different! Something a little more... scrumptious.

Enter orange. This batch was made with orange zest and freshly-squeezed juice, straight from the fruit into the batter. It made the mix nearly too runny! But the results were right on the money.
