More New Recipes and Ingredients Tried

I'm continuing to try something new at least once a week, but more like once every few days or so. Since last Wednesday, we've tried, er, 1, 2... I think it's just 2.. no, wait, 3 new recipes, and 1, 2, 3 new ingredients!!! '*' again denotes new-to-us ingredients.

    From my IIN Healthy Cooking DVD:
  1. Escarole* Saute with Toasted Pine Nuts
    I really enjoyed this, but he didn't. Less garlic maybe?

  2. From Another IIN-provided collection of recipes I have:
  3. Spicy Leek* Meatballs
    YUMMY!!!! Loved them. Made with grass-feed beef!!!

  5. I'm drinking my first glass of homemade green tea soda right now, complete with raw honey*. Although instead of green tea bags, I used my favorite Taylors of Harrogate loose leaf Green Tea. =) It's OK, I will adjust my mixture next time I make it, and take the time to fully chill it first, lol!


By the way, we are so going for Green certification! It totally represents the kind of person I want to be and represent, and my partner is fully supportive and like-minded. =D
