Day Three Sugar-Free: I think I'm sick!

I've gone sugar-free in the past, and my symptoms are excessive for sweet withdrawal.

I think I'm sick.

In good news, being sugar-free helps the body heal SO much faster! I've known for a long time than when I eat sugar when I'm sick or coming down with something, it gets worse in short order. If I lay off the sugar, it gets better. So here's hoping whatever I've got is come and gone in a jiffy!
    Yesterday I indulged in:
  • Oatmeal w/ milk, bananas
  • leftover chili
  • celery & pb
  • brie, cheddar & an apple
  • an orange
  • Veggie Lover's Fried Rice (below) - SO GOOD!
  • Carrots (leftover pieces while making dinner)
  • Coffee. Then more coffee. And some more.
  • Awesomely Delicious Spiced Coffee (see below)
I think that's all I had... Nothing remotely sugary, except a touch of vanilla extract (alcohol + body = sugar!)
