I think I'm sick.
In good news, being sugar-free helps the body heal SO much faster! I've known for a long time than when I eat sugar when I'm sick or coming down with something, it gets worse in short order. If I lay off the sugar, it gets better. So here's hoping whatever I've got is come and gone in a jiffy!
- Yesterday I indulged in:
- Oatmeal w/ milk, bananas
- leftover chili
- celery & pb
- brie, cheddar & an apple
- an orange
- Veggie Lover's Fried Rice (below) - SO GOOD!
- Carrots (leftover pieces while making dinner)
- Coffee. Then more coffee. And some more.
- Awesomely Delicious Spiced Coffee (see below)
